Ronda Tyler is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and has practiced real estate since 2006. Tyler is the Broker/Owner of Key Dimensions Realty where she, along with her team of agents, provides residential and commercial real estate services for leases, purchases, sells, and property management. Tyler also provides asset valuation services to lenders and consulting services.
Tyler is also a Senior Partner/Managing Partner at M&A Crown Group. Her broker services, combined with the legal and broad business experiences of the principal partners, help facilitate the acquisition and disposition of income producing commercial properties and businesses.
Tyler received a MBA – Strategic Leadership from Amberton University in May 2003, a BBS – Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in December 2000, and is a 2011 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. In addition to being a member of various real estate associations, Tyler has earned several certifications and designations which include being a Texas Certified Leasing and Property Manager. She served a 3 year term (2015-2017) as a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS® Public Policy – Property Management Committee.
As an Adjunct Professor at Dallas College - Cedar Valley Campus, Tyler has taught real estate courses since August 2007 and is a member of their Real Estate Advisory Council.
Tyler currently serves the City of Cedar Hill, Texas as one of five regular members of the Zoning Board of Adjustments - a quasi-judicial board with authority to grant variances and special exceptions to the zoning code, as prescribed by the Texas Local Government Code and Cedar Hill Zoning Code. She is also a member of the Comprehensive Plan Committee - an ad hoc committee appointed by the Mayor to help develop a plan that guides the city in achieving its vision over the next ten years.
